Chicken, Rice & Wine

Dinner tonight in the Parker’s home!
I cook all my veggies with my chicken in a deep bake pan. I season everything with salt, pepper and garlic powder and bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes. This is great for because our sides and main dish will finish at the same time but I will add some Jasmine Rice for Jeremy.

Ingredients

  1. Chicken thighs
  2. Snap beans
  3. Broccoli
  4. Bell pepper
  5. Salt
  6. Pepper
  7. Garlic powder
  8. Italian seasoning
  9. Butter- 1 stick and a half
  10. Rice
  11. Water

First thing you need to do is wash your meat and veggies and prep them for cooking. Preheat your oven to 350°.

Next you will the place meat and veggies evenly into a deep bake pan and season to your desire. In the picture below I added melted butter and 2 cups of water and poured it all over the chicken and veggies.

Last, place into oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes or to your desire. In the last 5 to 10 minutes you can start boiling your pot of water and add your rice.

Your chicken should be golden and fall off the bone! Once your ready to serve plate your food.
